Take a Detoxifying Bath

The detoxification of your body is something that occurs naturally. Every day our bodies remove and metabolize toxic compounds without us even knowing it. However, the capacity for our bodies to detoxify is getting harder, as we’re being subjected to more toxins than ever. Toxins can be found in the air we breathe, the food we eat, the medications we take, and the water we drink. When toxins build up without being excreted, the body can start to develop problems. Fortunately, there’s a simple, relaxing way to help our bodies remove toxins: a detox bath using [hp]. A detox bath is something that you can perform from the comfort of your own home at any time.

Simply follow these steps:

  1. 1

Add 1 litre of Hydrogen Peroxide 3% – Oxygen PlusTM to your bath.

  2. 2

Add bath salts or a few drops your favourite essential oils for extra relaxation.

  3. 3

Soak for at least 30 minutes.

Not only does a bath with hydrogen peroxide help detoxify the body, but it can also stop skin infections and increase oxygenation in the body. A hydrogen peroxide bath has also been shown in medical studies to relieve pain that does not respond to narcotic medicines.

You can feel safe using hydrogen peroxide in your bath, as it’s completely non-toxic and doesn’t contain any chlorine, alcohols, acids, or other dangerous chemical additives. Chemically speaking, hydrogen peroxide (H202) is very similar in composition to water (H20)—the only difference is hydrogen peroxide has an extra molecule of oxygen. Although it’s a chemical, hydrogen peroxide is gentle and breaks down into two natural elements: water and oxygen, making it safe for all members of your family to use.

For added relaxation, add bath salts or a few drops of your favourite essential oils. Lavender is particularly soothing. Not only will you feel at ease, but you’ll also be supporting your body in a number of amazing ways.
