Smell and Stain Remover for Pets

Pets bring so much joy to our lives, but when they have an accident in the house, it can bring instant frustration. Fortunately, you can make your own pet stain/odor remover using [hp] and liquid dish soap. This mixture will break down stains on a molecular level and kill bacteria.

Simply follow these steps:

   Wipe up as much urine or fecal solids as possible with a damp rag.

   Mix 2 cups (270 ml) Hydrogen Peroxide 3% – Oxygen Plus^TM and 2 tablespoons (30 ml) liquid dish soap in a spray bottle.

   Spray the stain with the mixture and let it sit for one minute.

   Using a scrubbing brush, scrub the area thoroughly.

   Spray the area with water, then wipe the area with a clean rag to remove the stain and solution.

NOTE

Hydrogen peroxide can have a bleaching effect on darker carpets. It’s suggested to try this solution on a hidden or less noticeable patch of carpet beforehand.
