Shipment processing time (New Zealand)

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped by NZ Courier.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

NOTE: We can also ship to your PO Box for collection. Please use street address field in the shopping cart.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates (New Zealand)

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Overnight delivery is only available for non-rural delivery addresses
within New Zealand.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. We can provide a tracking link if requested by the customer.

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact us for replacement of the goods. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before reporting the damaged goods.
Good Clean Health Co is not liable for any damages caused by the damaged goods.
