Shipment processing time (New Zealand)

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped by NZ Courier.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

NOTE: We can also ship to your PO Box for collection. Please use street address field in the shopping cart.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our Mount Druitt warehouse and shipped by Courier Please or Fast Track
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant
delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. We can provide a tracking link if requested by customer.

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact us for replacement of the goods. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before reporting the damaged goods.
Good Clean Health Co is not liable for any damages caused by the damaged goods.

We currently do not ship outside of New Zealand and Australia
