Pest and Insect Repellant for Plants Using Hydrogen Peroxide

When it comes to hydroponic or aquaponic
plants I love to use the Good Clean Health
Hydrogen Peroxide and there’s a few
reasons why and I would like to show you
my name’s Taylor from fine foliage and
if you keep on watching I’ll show you my
little tips and tricks and why I use
this stuff I absolutely love propagating
and growing plants and just straight
water or a liquor and water combo but
the problem is is I find they just lack
the beautiful green Lush leaves that you
get when you grow your plantains oil so
what I do is I use hydrogen peroxide so
the method we’re going to use today is
we are going to get a watering can
Method
and we are going to add a ratio of 80 to
1 water to hydrogen peroxide so you are
literally just adding the smallest
amount to your watering can because the
roots are so delicate they’re sitting
just straight out we can see them
they’re not looking too heavy I haven’t
given it a good like nourishment in a
while but we don’t want to damage them
they’re very delicate and stuff at the
moment so I’m genuinely I’m not even
going to measure it because I’m just
putting the most smallest amount
and there
and what we’re actually going to do now
is we’re going to replace the water so
I’ve got my hydro and water mix in here
and I will just empty
so I like to do this method every second
watering just for the fact of because it
has water and liquor it’s sitting around
it will accumulate a little bit of bugs
and germs and also a little bit of odor
and by adding a hydrogen peroxide it
actually stops that it kills all the
odor all the germs and bugs that are
going to accumulate on our poor little
plants that are trying to grow Thrive
and survive
so I’m just going to give them a
thorough good watering we can see here
I’m just going to go halfway
another really good reason for this is
plants that grow in water and liquor
don’t get as much oxygen as they would
in the soil because they’re constantly
sitting in the water they almost
suffocating in a way so what we need to
do is this hydrogen peroxide is also
going to add oxygen through our plants
which is going to help those roots grow
and be healthy and strong and what we
need
Conclusion
so after seven days what we’re going to
do is we’re going to completely re-rinse
and empty out that water and if you have
liquor what I would do is I would just
put tap water in let it soak for a
little bit tip it out and then re-water
it again you just want to completely
rinse everything out it’ll also flush
out all the bacteria all the yucky stuff
that you just don’t want it
on it so that’s just one way that I like
to use the good clean house hydrogen
peroxide there are so many more ways
