Did you know that you can disinfect your
potting mix with Good Clean Health Co
Hydrogen Peroxide I’m going to show you
how to do that today
I chop this began Europe so now we need
to get some potting mix ready for it in
Potting Mix
my garage I have this box of firm fiber
and seedling raisin mix and it’s been
sitting here for a while so the best
thing to do with that is to get rid of
the diseases and the bugs that have
accumulated in here over time is to add
Gloves
hydrogen peroxide to it when working
directly with hydrogen peroxide you 100
always want to wear gloves you don’t
want to get any direct contact with this
stuff from your skin that causes a
little bit of reactions and we don’t
want that today I’m going to want to use
Hydrogen Peroxide
up to 250 ml of hydrogen peroxide
depending on how much of the soil you
are wanting to disinfect
because we have a big lot we’re going to
use 250 today
I’ve just bought 300 but that’s okay
I’m gonna evenly spread it and
we’re just going to make a bit of a mess
I ended up putting the lid on and giving
it a really good shakeover and we are
going to
place a bit
making sure the node is covered
a really common thing that a few of us
do and I know I’ve done a lot is by a
bag of soil and leave it open if you
take a while to use your potting mix and
your bags open
it will then grow bacteria and funguses
that we don’t want so by adding the
hydrogen peroxide to it it just helps us
Ensure
that our soil is nice clean and safe for
our plants because who wants dirty old
bug infested bacteria ground soil none
of us
we’re going to give them a small
and popular
warm spot
disease-free nice clean reused soil
